Sunglasses shade the eyes of oh-too-cool stars
Singer Will.i.am wore an egg-yolk yellow jacket so bright to the 2012 Glamour Women of The Year Awards in London, that he needed sunglasses to see.
Only the iconic Dionne Warwick forcasted the Will.i.am sun and thought to wear shaded glasses. All the other stars were left squinting.
Ok, so we're being a bit silly.
But it is true that Dionne Warwick and Will.i.am both sported shaded glasses at the ceremony in Berkeley Square Gardens held on Tuesday 29 May 2012.
No contacts for these divas. Both spectacle-wearing stars have made glasses into integral parts of their wardrobe of accessories.
While some people say that sunglasses inside look silly, we'd venture to say that ol' Will and Dionne were tearin' it up.
How to wear shaded glasses inside (without getting laughed at):
Go bold.
Will chose to wear a bright yellow jacket and a funky bow-tie (that was light-years away from the Cannes classic.)
Yet let your shaded glasses be THE accessory on your face. Both Dionne and Will.i.am have short hair, which works great with glasses.
If you have long hair and plan on wearing your sunglasses on your face all evening, we suggest that you tie your hair back in a tight chignon or pony-tail. Sunglasses are already a big statement on your face and if your hair gets involved too, it looks like too much.
For a slightly less bold look, use sunglasses to hold back long and loose hair as a headband. This will give you an instantly beachy and casual look!
