Stylista of the moment: Bip Ling
If you don't know who Bip Ling is yet, you soon will. Bip is a cool-kid-about-London who has long been whipping up a storm in the blogosphere. The Bip Ling phenomenon began the day she started writing a blog about her life, her thoughts, the things she loves and, of course, fashion.
Overnight success
In no time at all, the petite stylista had caught the attention of fashion bloggers everywhere. She was suddenly being offered free gifts from some top outlets and being invited to sit in the front row of several high-profile catwalk shows at this February's London Fashion Week. She is now one of the most recognisable faces on the London fashion blogging scene.
Starting out
Bip began blogging at university, never expecting her unique Bip-style take on the world to enchant everyone who laid eyes on her blog. To this day, her blog includes posts with photos which have been 'bipped', with cute little pink characters bouncing around on some of the world's finest red-carpet regulars. She also does interviews with her model friends and shows off her very own 'bathroom looks'.
Safe to say it makes for a very entertaining read!
The contract...
Bip, like any fashionista worth their salt, recently signed a contract with the modeling agency Storm Models. She has since become the face of two massive ad campaigns as a result! With her captivating retro style, her gravity-defying chignons and red lips, the pretty brunette always gets herself noticed.
Fashionable family
Bip Ling's impeccable sense of style is not exactly a coincidence. Bip, now 22, was born and raised in the fashion world. Her mother, Tanya Long, is a fashion illustrator who has worked with the likes of Vogue, and her father, William Ling, runs the Fashion Illustration Gallery in Mayfair.
