Spotlight on Noureen DeWulf
When it comes to beauty, talent and style, American actress Noureen DeWulf has it covered; she has a knack for picking outfits that best compliment her physique and skin tone. Last night at the FOX Broadcasting Summer TCA All-Star Party 2012 in L.A was no exception.
And she can laugh about it all, too.
From forth the fatal loins of these two (falafel) foes...
Noureen has the Hummus Hut to thank for her career launch.
We aren't kidding. Noureen shot to fame in 2005 after playing the role of Fatima, the cashier at a Palestinian falafel place, in her first film "A West Bank Story". If you haven't heard of this Oscar-winning short film, it is worth a minute. It is a musical comedy spoof of "West Side Story" about star-crossed lovers from two warring falafel restaurants. While the movie is silly, it hints at darker undertones of the relations between Israelis and Palestinians.
Prologue: From Georgia to Hollywood
Noureen was born in New York but raised in Stone Mountain, Georgia. Since "West Bank Story," she has had an extensive acting career, appearing in numerous movies including "Ocean's Thirteen" and "The Back-up Plan".
The starlet has also appeared in numerous magazines including Details, Men's Health and Giant and is currently playing Lacey on the new TV series, "Anger Management", alongside Charlie Sheen.
Hot sauce
The bronzed beauty was featured in Maxim's Hot 100 list in 2007 as one of the most attractive women on the planet. In 2011, she married Ice Hockey goalkeeper Ryan Miller.
A jewel in green
At the FOX party, Noureen rocked an emerald green frock which featured a sheer panelled back and short sleeves. She paired the vibrant number with a black clutch, black stilettos and an emerald ring.
Her shiny hair was swept to one side in a long ponytail with a side parting. The style helped show off her flawless complexion and natural foundation. She opted for smokey eyes and summery fuchsia lips.
This was a colourful summer look and we just loved it. Why don't you add a touch of colour to your make-up this summer?
