Mischa Barton: fluffy chic

Celebrity whiskey lovers turned out in force on 17 July 2012 in London for a dinner organised by whiskey brand "Johnny Walker Blue Label".

Some of London's best-known hipsters were there, including Peaches Geldof with her boyfriend in tow and American actress Mischa Barton.

A fluffy fashion statement

Mischa wore a black dress that was more intriguing than the average LBD. This particular dress was both fluffy and sparkly, which made Mischa seem as though she were en route to a particularly glitzy teddybear's picnic. The dress was the focal point of Mischa's look, so she decided on an understated beauty look to go with it.

A natural beauty

Mischa Barton wore her light brown hair down, letting it flow around her shoulders. A smooth blow-dry ensured that her hairstyle was light and shiny, which provided a pretty frame for her face.

The actress went for a minimal make-up look to match her low-key hairdo. Mischa's skin was blemish-free thanks to a highlighter and some tinted moisturiser... and some pixie dust (we have to blame someone for skin that good). To enhance her cheeks, she applied a touch of rose blusher, which added a girly aspect to her look.

Micha Barton's big blue eyes were emphasised with simple eye make-up. She began by applying a matte white eyeshadow which added a lot of light to her eyes. Next, she traced a thin line of black eyeliner along her upper lashline, which really brought out the colour of her eyes.

Mischa added the final touch with a lash-lengthening black mascara, which intensified her look.
