Maria Menounos in a purple haze...

Maria Menounos is quite a character. She's a well known celebrity journalist State-side, having interviewed every single member of the Obama family and also presented the Eurovision song contest! Safe to say we have a bit of a maverick on our hands.

Don't mess with Maria

Maria Menounos is, maybe not as you would expect looking at her elegant red-carpet outfit, a huge WWE fan. She has in fact competed in WWE events, and won! This is one pretty lady you wouldn't want to mess with...

Fortunately for us, Maria wasn't competing last night, but partying the night away instead at the WWE Summer Slam VIP Kick Off party in Beverly Hills. No wrestling necessary, her red-carpet style was easily our favourite at the event!

A style heavyweight

The actress, presenter and all round crazy cat sported a floor-length purple dress which she teamed with a light pink clutch, glitzy stud earrings and a massive sparkly ring. Our favourite accessory of all however, was her bright coral smile! It turns out that wrestling and lipstick do match!

Maria finished off her look with some silver eyeshadow,black eyeliner, a sweep of mascara and a hint of apricot blusher. It was an uncomplicated look that complimented her outfit perfectly.
