Kate Middleton shows the boys how it's done

The London Olympics begin today, and in the run up, we have seen the torch travel the length of the UK, Union Jack adorned streets and commemorative Olympic memorabilia on sale everywhere. The buzz created by our capital hosting the games has been amazing, even the royals have got in on board with it.

We know Kate Middleton enjoys Wimbledon as much as the rest of us. She was snapped watching the Murray Vs Federer match earlier this month with her sister Pippa.

However, she is usually in the crowd admiring the talents of others whether that's at Ascot or Wimbledon, but yesterday she demonstrated that she has skills of her own. The Duchess showed off her sporty side when she attended Bacon's college, an East London secondary school, with Wills and Harry to play sports with the kids.

While Harry and William worked up a sweat on the football field, Kate showed off her sporty side in a game of table-tennis. Despite the fact she was wearing a dress and wedges and her tresses were out in her usual wavy style, she still held her own and even after her impressive performance her eyeliner and nude lipstick were still intact. The girl's got skills!

Unbelievably talented

In his speech to the crowd after the fun and games, William praised his wife, he said: "Catherine with a tennis racquet or a hockey stick is something to behold and be aware of.
