Kate Middleton blooms in Singapore
BREAKING NEWS: Kate Middleton has been spotted with a half-up hairstyle! Yes, that's right, the Duchess of Cambridge has indeed changed her hairstyle, if only momentarily.
A flowery beginning to the royal tour
Kate and Wills have embarked on a tour of the Far East and South Pacific and the first stop has brought the couple to Singapore. The pair were seen strolling around a garden as part of an orchid-naming ceremony in honor of the Queen's diamond jubilee. The Duke and Duchess even got their own orchid named after them!
For their first engagement of the trip, Kate decided on an outfit which befitted her surroundings: a cream dress with flower detailing.
Pretty as a picture
As ever, Kate was faithful to her classic make-up look.
She used black kohl, a touch of rose blush and natural lipstick to get her trademark make-up look.
Then, there was Kate's radical departure from the standard long-and-wavy hairdo we've been accustomed to seeing. We say radical, what we really mean is slightly different... Kate's locks were still long, brown and wavy, only she'd pinned the side sections of her hair back to create a pretty half-up style. The look showed off her elegant pearl earrings and, of course, her pretty smile.
Yet again, Kate Middleton chooses a classic beauty look and pulls it off with style. We're looking forward to seeing more of Kate's looks as the Asian tour continues.
