International Women's Day: Jane Fonda tells us her wish for women everywhere
Yesterday, on the eve of International Women's Day, Doutzen Kroes teamed up with L'Oréal Paris and Marie Claire to encourage women everywhere to tweet their wishes. Now that the day has arrived, L'Oréal Paris have released a video of Hollywood icon Jane Fonda stating her own wish for women everywhere.
In the video above, Jane aims big by wishing for violence against women around the world to stop.
"Because when that happens, everything will change," she explained.
As the video comes to a rather poignant close, she utters "we're worth it", using L'Oréal Paris' trademark slogan to underline just how important the promotion of women's rights is.
You can tweet your own wish for women by using the hashtag #WomenWishes.
