How to get hair like Kate Middleton in an easy tutorial
It's no secret that Kate Middleton has fantastically gorgeous hair we all want to copy but getting those sleek locks and bouncy curls just right can be quite a challenge. There are however, a few little styling tricks that can help.
Nail the blow-dry technique
Begin by blowdrying your hair as you normally would - ideally with a medium-sized barrel brush. Remember to use a heat styling spray or mousse that will give you extra hold and protect your hair against any potential heat damage.
Once it's about 3/4 dry (or in other words, still a teeny bit damp) wrap the end sections around the brush and then twist the brush around so you're holding it vertically.
Next, blow-dry the section of hair on the brush for about twenty seconds or so and then pull your brush gently downwards so the freshly-curled hair pops off the top.
Care for your hair
The other important thing to think about when copying Kate Middleton's hair is to think about looking after your hair properly which will help increase shininess and keep it looking healthy!
The easiest way to do this is to get into the habit of a good haircare routine. Condition your hair regularly and use a nourishing hair masque once a week. For extra shine and nourishment in between washes, try using some hair oil.
After all that, there's no reason why you, too, can't have hair that is fit for a princess! Look out, Rapunzel...
