Crocodiles: rock 'n'roll hair in Leeds
Why is it that bands always seem to have great hair? Recently we got inspired by the hairstyles of California band Crocodiles.
One to watch
Have you heard of Crocodiles? Their latest album, Crimes of Passion was produced with The Raveonettes which was enough to get our attention right away! We listened, and we liked! These guys have got us hooked on their own particular brand of indie/noise pop, it's seriously addictive!
When these guys played a set a Leeds recently, we couldn't help but notice that they have a look as kooky and offbeat as their music.
"I'm with the band" style
Plaid shirt? Check. Leapard print? Check. Leather jacket? Check. These guys picked classic rock 'n' roll staples for their stage look and we salute them for it!
Their look is far from try hard, and it suits them down to the ground. Bravo guys!
Sure, the threads were spot on, but what we really loved about their look? One word, hair! Singer Brandon Welchez had the perfect tight curls , guitarist Charles Rowland rocked a classic Elvis style quiff and bassist Marco Gonzalez was working a wet look quiff/mohawk . Pick any of these styles to look and feel like a rock star.
Definitely one to watch, you heard it here first!
