It's that time of year again - all the top magazines are launching their long-awaited September "Fashion Issues", where we discover upcoming trends and new styles for 2013.
Harper's Bazaar has been extremely good to us this year by releasing two issues: the not-to-be-missed fashion special, and a beauty edition, where we find none other than the darling Barbara Palvin on the cover.
Who better than a L'Oréal Paris ambassador to star on the cover of this special beauty issue?
A mysterious look...
The 18-year-old supermodel is as captivating as ever on the Harper's cover. As always, whether she is on the red carpet or the glossy pages of a magazine, Barbara accentuates her feline eyes... especially as we can only see half of her face in this particular shot...
For a cat-eye look, Barbara traced her lashlines with black eyeliner and added some sweeping flicks to the outer corners of her eyes. She completed her simple beauty look with a kiss of bright-red lipstick.

We can already spot one of the hot trends for the year ahead: eyeliner.
